Charlie set up Northumberland Properties in 2023 combining his love and property and Northumberland. He heads up the company from its base in Alnwick. He has nine years' experience within the property and development sector, and brings a wealth of experience garnered from esteemed roles with a national PLC housebuilder and a leading Northumberland-based developer. His expertise spans the entire spectrum of sales, planning and development, offering invaluable guidance to homeowner, landowners and developers through every phase of the development and sales lifecycle.
Charlie's professional prowess is complemented by a 18-year military tenure, encompassing nine years' service in the regular Army and his current role as a Major in the Army Reserve.
Charlie lives in Northumberland with his young family and is loves spending time exploring the many hidden gems this wonderful county has to offer.
