1. Professional Marketing: Our agency will arrange professional photography, create virtual tours, and develop an appealing online listing on leading property websites, including Rightmove.

2. Traditional Marketing: Utilise traditional marketing methods such as "For Sale" signs, brochures, and organised open houses.

1. Negotiations: Northumberland Properties will assist you in reviewing and negotiating offers, taking into account price, contingencies, and proposed timelines.

2. Accepting an Offer: Once you've accepted an offer, the buyer will typically proceed with a survey and conveyancing.

1. Solicitor or Conveyancer Selection: Choose a qualified solicitor or conveyancer, and Northumberland Properties will coordinate the legal aspects of the sale.

2. Property Information Forms: Complete the necessary property information forms and provide to your acting solicitor.

3. Searches and Surveys: Searches and surveys will be ordered by your buyer if applicable and we will facilitate communication with the buyer's solicitor to address inquiries and assist with access to surveys.

1. Drafting the Contract: Your solicitor will draft a comprehensive contract of sale that includes essential details such as the sale price, conditions, and completion date.

2. Contract Signing: Both parties will sign the contract.

1. Completion: On the agreed-upon completion date, the remaining balance is transferred from the buyer's solicitor to your solicitor.

2. Handover: You hand over the keys to the us in branch and once we have the official release from the solicitors we will then release the keys to the buyer.

3. Post-Completion: Notify utility companies, cancel insurance, and complete any final paperwork with the assistance of Northumberland Properties.
